James Turner - Land Director

James has been in the property business for 14 years. He began his career renovating and extending one off properties. He was then offered a directorship of a construction company, where he project-managed a number of large schemes and completed a landmark project, before he left to pursue his career in the option market.

The network of contacts, which have been built up over the years, range from directors of the major house builders to local land agents. He works closely with town planners, enabling the fund to be best placed to take advantage of any opportunities.
